Xperia neo v Restart problem after updating ics 4.0.3....

i have some problem ........with my phone . i was update my xperia neo v to  ....ics..4.0.3....but after updating my phone i see that it restart automatically .when i doing facebook or browsing any page in my phone or unlock my phone ..etc . i also resat my phone and repair my phone software with you Sony PC Companion 2.1.......but the restart problem i still facing....i do not use any third party application in my phone....  please help me ..... please...

Format your SD card, and again reinstall ICS using SUS. Afer installing, don't install any app but observe your phone

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)

SUS ( Sony Update Service)  ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.12.5.exe
