I dont get jelly bean 4.3 update until now for my xperia T

You should only check for the update with PCC.

Pakistan unlocked phone
Build 9.2.A.1.205

Before update capturing screen was more simple.
Battery drain and internal memory usage by os remains issue.

When will the firmware updates for Central Europe unbranded roll? My phone still has 0.295

I upgraded mine with sony flashtool.  Now I have 4.3 withoout issues.

I don't really want to have all my apps deleted, I read that they get deleted along with your accounts if you use flashtool

Not really....in my case all apps remained intact as well as my save games.  Just make sure that when you flash you tick the option not to delete data.
