Doing a factory reset should clear demo mode, just make sure you don't select Shop mode during the set-up..:smileywink:

Hello,

Hold the menu/home button of your television down10 seconds.

This will deactivate the shop demonstation mode on all Sony Televisions.

Do not use the menu/home button on the remote commander; it doesn't work.
