My new A217S is going in for DVD drive failure repair tomorrow. Just wonder anyone has any bad or good experience with VAIO-LINK repairservice ?

I hope my VAIO come back as good as new 😞

A few days ago I had a FS115S returned to me - four days after I sent it in - in excellent condition and with the problem I sent it in for repaired.

And - it had not a speck of dust on it, someone had cleaned it quite throughoutly!

TT is right though - nobody is perfect, that that applies to the people working in the repair center as well.

My VAIO was picked up this morning. It is heading towards ALSACE PLANT in France. Is this where the repair centre is ?
