BATTERY PROBLEM

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT I CAN DO? MY BATTERY ONLY LASTS FOR 1.5HRS AND NOT 3. WHO DO I TALK TO ABOUT IT?( VGNFE21H) THE LAPTOP IS 1 WEEK OLD:smileycry:

Is that 1,5 hours with wireless/bluetooth on and screen on full brightness? because that's all the battery life I get out of my fe21m as well and is normal I think... (sad but true...)

XP has a flaw and the usb hub draws on the battery excessively. Get this patchhere

I get that problem with my new vaio sz2hp but found that changing the brightness and removing any add ons helps (usb adapters/bluetooth, headset, ethernet in use)

Also try charging fully rather than on and off as it drains the battery!
