connection problems

Hi, I’ve noticed that if I don’t enter my password immediately and open Windows my C2S cannot find a wireless connection when I go to “connect to a network” to check it is empty of connections but if I close down restart and open Windows straight away it finds and logs on to my connection fine and sees a number of available connections that are available in “connect to a network”.Please help,Co2laser.
