This nose came on 7 days after purchase. This machine cost a lot of money and I am having to send it back. I have called the helpdesk, and they are no help. I am very worried where I will be able to get help with this machine?? SONY help please.
Which helpdesk did you phone? Were you given a case number? They are the place to get support for your Vaio.
Are you trying to arrange for the Vaio to be collected for a repair? If you let me have the Case Number, the full model type and your Vaio's Serial Number, I will try to help.
