Frustrated by no pixel shader! Can anyone shed light?

Hi, Have a nice shiny Sony NR11Z/S and have tried to install a game - Company of Heroes. As it attempts to install, it gathers the computers information and says my system meets all expectations apart from one - pixel shader.
Now ive tired to find information anout this everywhere but can find nothing!, Is it possible to download something, or add a graphics card that supports it?

The integrated Graphics chips on most notebook computers are not really up to modern games.

Your Mobile Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100 is no exception and is not designed for gaming at all.

It says on the Intel website that you should be able to play Company of Heroes on your Vaio but with the following recommended settings: -

Make sure you are using the latest Intel Drivers.
