FS485B DVD ROM HELP!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a FS485b back in July, i have been extremly pleased with it until i tried to burn an ISO file to a CD, it had to be done with two discs, the first disc burned ok, while burning the second, Roxio told me of an error, Since then, my drive will not write, and it will not even read!!

Somebody help! I have a Sony Centre down the road, perhaps i should just take it there!

The DVD-RW is the DW-Q58A........

i also noticed that when i insert a disc and click on my computer, the system crashes!

All the Sony Centre will tell you is that it will need to go to VAIO Link, and I can tell you that without you leaving your home

Sony Centre is a franchise, not really owned by Sony

Can you try a system resore point before you had this problem?

Could you try uninstalling then reinstalling Roxio?
