There is of course a bug with Norton where one part of it doesn't like to close down, you will often see it having to End Program cappi or something. This is common with all computers and Norton but I don't see any reason why Norton should stop the computer form closing down, it would be interesting to see how common this problem is with non Vaios as obviously the norton problem with closing hence "End Program" is a problem with Norton aqnd Windows not Norton and Sony. Hopefully this glitch is ironed out with Vista. :smileygrin:
