Happauge HVR 900 not working on FE11S

Hello,
I have tried watching TV with Happauge HVR 900
on FE11S.
It is not possible to get picture and sound.
The WINTv application is mute. No sound.
I have read in forum, there is a problem with
build-in microphon in vaio laptop.

They suggest no workarround to solve this issue.
I wait for the official answer of Happauge hotline.

Happauge WinTV and WinTV200
both of them are mute.

Have you upgraded DirectX?

Try going to Start< All Programs

Try VMR9 only and check 'Allow Overlay'.

If that doesn't work try other settings.

I have played with.
No results.

The phone hotline can not help, they say
sound problems are known. Patch will be delivered.

My email request was not answered.

I have decided to get this thing back.
My laptop dealer says, I am not the first customer,
which gives 900 back.

I have my money back.
