Help Recovery vaio center

i bought a vaio CR 21 z ...but i can not create recovery discs! i found on my list no vaio recovery center! what should i do?

Got to Start and type Vaio Recovery Center into the start search box, do you see the application listed now./

If the application is still not found and as long as the hidden HDD recovery partition is intact then you can still recover your vaio back to the factory settings, ie original OS and applications, to do this start your Vaio and when you see the Vaio logo press the F10 key repeatedly.

Hopefully once the process has completed the Vaio Recovery Center should be correctly installed. Note the recovery process will format your hard drive before re-installing the original OS and applications so make sure you back up important data first.
