I need you Help. Game Far Cry won't work very well, I have a PCG-GRT996ZP laptop,P4 HT, 1000mb ram, 64mb Graphics card etc

URGENT!!!!
I couldn't believe it, that Far Cry would only run in the lowest setting in the game, anything higher the game stuutterrss all the time.
I thought a new laptop of this specification would run a game like this, will other games work?
So is there any other users out there with the same laptop, what games do you have running , do they work OK.

The graphics card needs to be at least 128MB for Far Cry, not much you can do with a laptop.

i have a grt815e with 1 giga ram and nvidia go5600 with 64 mram.
i have the same problem, only with all the settings on low it is playable, otherwise the frame rate drops dramatically. on my desktop with ati 9800 xt 256 mram it runs perfect. this game realy needs a top of the line grapfics card.

other games like flight simulator 2004 work fine on my laptop even with aa activated.
