Keyboard doesn't work in One Touch Web mode

Hi,

This is my first time posting, I havent had the Vaio (VPCEC1M1E) that long.

Please help me, the keyboard doesnt seem to work in the one touch web mode. the mouse works though. and the keyboard works when I boot windows.
