Can anyone advise whether there is any Linux support for the Vaio VGX-TP1E, in particular the M115S Hybrid tuner device?
I've had the machine for a month now and can't get it to work properly under Vista and following two support requests at Vaio link am no better off. Refund at the Sony Centre was flatly refsed because there is no hardware fault - and to be fair this is a software issue - so I'm looking at alternative solutions. Since Sony will not offer a downgrade back to XP (which I'm pretty sure would solve the issues), I'm looking at Linux options.
