I bought my Vaio at the end of August and about one week ago the one touch web access button stopped working, the ICON on the desktop also denied me access. I could however, access the web by using the start and programs function. I eventually cut and paste the destination addess into the icon properties on the desktop but still cannot use the one touch button.
