PCG-x9 Win2k upgrade

I've finaly got round to upgrading my PCG-X9 from W98-SE to W2K. I've downloaded all the drivers from Viao-Link, but I'm not sure what the next step is. Can anyone tell me how to upgrade the BIOS with the flash tool, and / or what to do with the drivers after extracting them?? I've wandered around the knowledge base at V-L without any success.

I would put the drivers on a CDRW for use later on.
There should be a readme file with the BIOS flashing utility, and I'm sure it's in the VAIO Link knowledge base.
