Problem during installation of HOTFIX - not the right permission

Hi evrebody

First post here.
My Sony : Vaio PCG-GRT895

So my problem,

I have dowloaded an Hotfix on the Sony update webpage.
When I try to install the update a message tell me I haven't the right to unpack the update.
But I'm sur i'm the admin of the PC.

Any suggestion ?

You are running vista right click and Run as administrator

Have you installed SP2?

All the Hotfixes for your model seem to date from early 2004 and may have been incorporated in SP2.

No I am on XP, but even when i right click and i choose Administrator to run the prog it tell me i haven't the right permission.
