Wasnt sure where to post this so i figured id use the most popular room:
I can't access the "YourRoom" page in club vaio. each time i try to it asks for my name/serial number to register. When i enter it the page just refreshes to exactly the same thing. This kinda sucks cos i need to change my email details so i can use the e-support website. Any ideas or shouldi go straight to the source - sony?
All yourRoom does is enable you to change your registration data.

Don,t worry it took me ages and numerous telephone calls to register my Notebook Trying to get an update is very frustrating as it comes up in Japanese regardless of what language I select.
Its a beautiful feeling once registered..... so don't give up as I nearly did. One phone call a nice man called Mark & 3 mins later I was writing my first E-support case.....pity so many users like you and I have to learn this the hard way.
PS. If you do phone...'give em hell' as this is the only way they will change........
