Problem with Vaio update 3

Hi all,

I just bought a sony AR31R computer while working in Australia. Now back home in Sweden (Europe) I have problem updating this gem using the Vaio update thingy. It keeps on telling me that the server is busy and here I stand. Any ideas are welcome!
