R600HMPD - Can I Change the BIOS Battery?

My Vaio laptop seems to forget the time when it's powered down. I assume there's a battery for the BIOS and it's gone flat. Is it user replaceable? If so, where can I get one and find instructions how to do it?

Yes, there will be a battery but you will have to take the top off the notebook to get to it.
