dear vaio-users,
i bought a vaio-notebook (vgn-fe28h) 2 weeks ago. today i tried to contact the support service ( https://e-support.vaio-link.com ) but it did not work. i can not find the warranty number on my notebook which is needed to register the notebook!
i also tried to play "monkey island" (i know its an old game but i love it 
) but it also did not work. . every time i trie to start the game an error occures which says that there is a problem with the audio device. by the way: "SIMS 2" and other games work!
the game "zoo empire" also does not work. first i thought there could be problems with windows xp but on my friend`s notebook the game worked properly (she also uses win xp)
please, i need your help! thank you very much!!
