Sony camera on vgn-fe41z not working at times?

have just bought a VGN-FE41Z with vista windows.To keep it short,I keep losing my camera in windows live.sony helpline keep telling me to uninstal the camera and restart.Well this is not very good is it Other peopel must be having this problem,what do we do to sort it out?

You're not alone, the Motion Eye camera problem has been reported to Sony and we are waiting for an update..
