Sony repair timescale?

Hi guys,

Sony (Europoint in Germany) have had my Vaio for nearly a month now. The status on the Vaio Link website has now changed to "Dear visitor, your VAIO is repaired and will be shipped back to you within the shortest period". Does anyone know how long i should have to wait until i get the bloomin' thing back?

All they did was replace a dvd drive.

They are being gripless, it shouldn't take anything like that long. Call them up and give them a poke.

Unless it needed a specialist part or it was badly broken, it shouldn't take a month.
