sony vaio pcg-z600ne/k hotkey fn not working

i am using a pcg-z600ne/k and i cant change the brightness! its too poor! the fn key doesnt work.i have windows xp installed...no drivers at vaio site or sony! can anyone please send me them? email is hackstayros2005@yahoo.com

thanks for the email(so fast!!) but i already have visited the sites! i am from greece and when i try to download the drivers i get an error like the page doesne exist!! it says problem at ftp.vaio-link.com. thats why i writed here my problem!

i just visited it too and it doesnt work for me! checked with 2 computers at home!!! can anyone please download the drivers and send them to my email? if u can all the drivers so i can store them to a folder in my pc and dont need to go threw all these in case other problem comes up!

Hi hackfree,

For older models like the PGC600 there is not a Preinstalled Drivers download - you need to download the Hotkey Utility and possibly the Sony Utilities and Shared Library.

Are you sure you can't download it from HERE ? If not someone may be able to download them for you - they are about 4MB for all three files.

Make sure your firewall is not blocking www.vaio-link.com and that you are Allowing Cookies.
