Task Bar Clock

I have been experiencing an unending problem with my clock, it keeps ticking slowly, I have adjusted the date and time more than 50 times but to no avail. Infact I have formatted the system to factory settings, but am still hosting the same problem. Who knows the solution to this?

How old is your Vaio? It is possible that the CMOS battery is on the way out and unable to retain this information when you shut down.

Double click the clock
Click on Internet Time
Change the address to time.nist.gov, that's if it's not using that already.

Windows' server is always incorrect.
