Hi LOULOU,
If the image you wish to use is already on a web site then simply copy the image's web address and then when posting in the forum click the image button and paste it the link into the box...
If the image is on your vaio then register with a Free imaging website something like Photobucket or ImageShack then upload the image you require and then use the the images address as above...:smileyhappy:
