VAIO Camera vs Windows 7

Hello there!

So I have a VAIO, model VGN-FZ21E, which I had it formatted and installed Windows 7. I had the Windows Vista before.

Serie nr: 28209564 5001045

With Windows 7, the system doesn't recognize the videocamera.

Does anyone know or have the driver for my laptop? The camera is Motion Eye.

Hi mariafgv,

Wecome to the Sony forum...

Install Vaio Camera Capture Utility, (Original Utilities Package...decompress with 7Zip, WinZip or Winrar)  and install in compatibility mode with Windows Vista...

Then, install the driver,,,Original Drivers Package...
