Vaio Cracked Screen Problems
I put my Vaio on the table at 11.30pm lat night and this morning at 7.30am the screen had cracked!!!
I contacted Sony and was informed in no certain terms that I must have dropped it or banged it and it would cost....wait for it £697.50 to replace it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have checked various consumer sites and this seems to be a persistant problem on the Sony Vaio and I would like to hear from people who have had the same problems and have been trated the same shabby way by the service department?
