VAIO PCG-K215M Bios Upgrade

Does anybody know of a BIOS upgrade to the above laptop, I have got hold of a 160GB HDD 2.5 inch which I hope to get working on this laptop. I installed the new drive but the system did not accept the drive.

I spoke to the supplier who said I might be able to get a BIOS flash upgrade - any ideas or feedback would be appreciated.....

Unfortunately there is not a BIOS update listed in the downloads section for your vaio, you could contact Vaio-link and ask for assistance..
