VAIO Zone only comes with VAIOs which have it in their spec.

Hmmm it does not list Vaio zone in the TX3 specs..

I thought that Sony had stopped including Vaio Zone since MS XP MCE vaio's

You can't, Sony don't sell it.

The only thing you can do is buy a new VAIO, which would be crazy when there's better software around

I had Vaio Zone on my old machine (I don't have it anymore) but it didn't come onmy new one, I pressumed it was on all of them, it does look kind of nice, but really it does very little, the media software was a bit clumsy and not that user freindly, the software quick bar thingy, was just basically another quicklaunch bar, which you already have via windows so really it' not important, just looks good

Plus it slows down your VAIO by INSISTING on searching the folder ever minute of the day!

MythTV is excellent, but it's Linux only.
