VGC M1 help needed

I just bought a VGC m1 today and must say I have been dissapointed so far with it, first of all because I am getting a rattling noise whenever a loud noise is made, and second of all because when small pictures are coming up on the internet, they are a bit blurry and have some sort of weird outline around people's heads and things.

I wish to know id this can be fixed and also if I can upgrade the measly radeon 9200 graphics card it has on board, are there pci slots inside the machine or is it all on board??

Please help me , I feel as though I have just wasted over 800 pounds.

Maybe it's a Browser problem.

I don't know if you could upgrade the graphicscard, but you need a AGP slot for this.

But you say you have bought it today, if you are unhappy then take it back.

I would definately swap it, there are some nice RS desktops for that price range

Hello,
i bought a vgc-m1 about 3 mouths ago and i can tell you that i don't have the deasegrement you have with yours.
First i was surprised because it's noiseless compare to a tradional desktop (big case). No problem with pictures or videos anymore, the screen with x-black LCD technology it's a very good thing.
Speakers and integrated subwoofer are great too with a correct sound definition.( more power will be appreciate, but ...)
From my point of view, apparently the only foible point it's the graphic card, and i say apparently because i didn't test it yet with an exited game.

Welcome to the vaio world and be objective, maybe you have one with troubles .... don't waste time for your guarantee ...:smileyconfused:

No, I'm happy with my VAIO too. Because I have no problems since I have bought it. There is only the point, that Software and Driver updates are coming really late. And the Sony costumer support lacks.:smileysad:
