VGC M1 help needed

I just bought a VGC m1 today and must say I have been dissapointed so far with it, first of all because I am getting a rattling noise whenever a loud noise is made, and second of all because when small pictures are coming up on the internet, they are a bit blurry and have some sort of weird outline around people's heads and things.

I wish to know id this can be fixed and also if I can upgrade the measly radeon 9200 graphics card it has on board, are there pci slots inside the machine or is it all on board??

Please help me , I feel as though I have just wasted over 800 pounds.

I am a bit happier with the VGC m1 today and really don't want to part with it as it can be upgraded in the graphics department according to Sony, albeit with a pci graphics card which kinda limits the options but at least it gives you the option of upgrading the machine slightly.

I can see the PCI slots now, when I opened up the machine, so I am wondering what kind of card people would suggest and remember space is tight within the unit, thats why sony has a mobile card in there.
