VGN-SZ3 How to change HDD?

I want to upgrade my Harddisk from 100GB to 160GB. Currently I'm looking for a manual how I can do this. I couldn't find any description in the manuals which ae delivered with the notebook.
Please help.

I would go the following way:

1. Copy all partitions from your old harddisk to the new one using some image partioning software (as Acronis True Image).

2. Make all recovery DVDs

3. Install the new harddisk

4. Reinstall XP from the recovery dvds

If you go this way you do not loose the hidden recovery partition which can be used to reinstall windows. If you do not need this feature just let out step 1. Use some partition software (as Acronis Disk Director) to adjust the partitions sizes to your need (this can also be done via TrueImage).
