VPCL13M1E/S Problem with personalisation manager

I have a VPCL13M1E all in one PC. I continually get a message that Viao personalisation Manager has stopped working x number of times recently. I am then directed to the Sony website to download the solution. Once there I can find nothing to help at all.

Does anyone have any ideas where this program is and how I update it?
