W1s not recognising DVDs

If you have this problem, I believe that I have dicovered why. The Motion Clock update on the Sony Site appears to have a bug (or undocumented feature) that is directly responsible for this. a case has been raised, but I still await a response. Check out the Solutions Page for more info.

well i must of meet, ive been having bugs..

Everytime i go on the internet it sames to ask me to de bug.

but this only happen recenlay.

But its ok sometimes but again it still pops if i wanna de bug.

Anyone with a W2, V1 or V2 can you let me know which version of Keyboard Closure program you are running (in Add/Remove programs it will tell you). Looks as though the update site is not as up-to-date as the sales system (SIGHS and looks to the great God of Software in the Sky). No surprise here then ...
