win 7 update problems

Hi

have just updated my VGN-FW31M from Vista 32 to Win 7 64.

Is it possible to download the software originally supplied with the laptop, e.g. click to disk, win dvd, vaio recovery programme, etc.?

This was an ex-demo unit which had been trashed by Currys

welcome to Club VAIO..

No unfortunately the Sony pre-installed applications are not available to download.

The only way to retain the pre-installed applications would be to 'upgrade' from Vista to windows 7 rather than a clean install..
