Hi,
I have a Vaio VGN-AR71M laptop which originally came with Vista pre-loaded. I have up-graded to Windows 7 and can no longer use the motion eye camera or microphone, can anyone assist?
Dave

Hi Dave,
Have you actually used an 'upgrade' version of Windows 7 or have you made a clean installation of a full version of Windows 7? If you did an 'Upgrade' you should have kept all software, settings etc.unless they are Windows 7 incompatible.
If you have made a clean installation, then you will have lost the preinstalled drivers and utilities supplied by Sony and these need to be reinstalled. You can download drivers and utilities for your model from here: -

Where there is no Windows 7 driver, use the original Vista version - this applies to the Camera Driver and the Camera Capture Utility.
