Alexa on WH-1000MX3

Hey,

Sorry if this has already been posted but I can't scroll through very easily on my mobile device. I've just received my mx3's today and have updated the firmware. Alexa appears to be active, however, when asking to play music it will tell me "now playing ..... On Amazon music" but nothing ever plays. My headphones are also greyed out on the list of available devices on my alexa app. 

Can anyone help at all please?

Had a look through and still no joy, my headphones are still greyed out on the Alexa app so can't play music to then and when asking for music the headphones still play the message "playing ... On Amazon music" but nothing ever plays.

Any more suggestions? I don't seem to be the only person having this issue so would be nice for Sony to address it.
