How shock proof are the WH-1000 XM3 headphones?

Hi,

Yesterday, I wanted to take off my sweater but I had stupidly forgotten I was still wearing my WH-1000XM3 headphones, which caused them to fall on concrete floor... I don't notice any exterior damage or any drop in sound quality, but I'm still afraid my headphones might be damaged in some way.

To what extent are these headphones shock proof? Can they stand a drop of, say, 6 foot? Thanks!
