Problem with voice activation

My new ear phones keep switching from noise reduction to ambient sound , even after I turn the option off , and re start the app . Does anyone have a solution to this please ? Thanks

Firstly what headphones are they and also what are they connected to when this happens?

@Brucesamut, what's the model number? There might be another option to turn off.
