sony mex-bt3900u volume problem

Good evening folks, new to the sony community and i have a problem with my mex-bt3900u. Basically when i turn up the volume and give it a bit of welly it turns off and resets itself. Seems to have a volume level of its own. Does it all the time. Any advice much apprecited.  Cheers Pete

Hi, did you ever find a solutiion to this problem? mine does exactly the same and it irritates the life out of me
