Hello,
So I had been using my walkman to play music on my works laptop all day today. It said it was charging, however at close of play, I clicked on eject walkman, I then unplugged it from the USB and switched off laptop.
Now the walkman won't turn on via button or power up when I connected it to my personal computer.
I pressed reset button numerous times and nothing.
I connected it to various USB sockets hoping it would charge, and even connected it to a USB plug to charge up if that was the case, however 8 hours of charging off the laptop, you would think it is fully charged.
So I am at a loss to what is wrong with it and how to fix it. Anyone with any ideas??
Nope I am back, it just kept saying connecting USB, it wasn't fully connected, so I am back to my original problem. I need a solution
Hi
It says in the manual that the Walkman can't be operated when connected via USB: https://helpguide.sony.net/dmp/nwzb180/v1/en/contents/TP0000381897.html
I'm not sure if the Walkman doesn't turn on at all, but if that's the case, I'd go back to the point of sale for a warranty claim as this kind of product can be replaced under warranty with a new unit (assuming no physical damage, etc).
