I've been using the headphones for less than a week. They worked perfectly until today when I noticed that when I turned them on, the voice guidance that says "Power on" or "Bluetooth paired" wasn't working. You can't hear anything, it's practically gone. Also the max volume is much, much lower than before and when I use the "+" button on the headset to raise the volume, it actually turns the volume to minimum, pressing "-" does the same thing. Skipping a song by holding "+" or "-" works.
I tried both resetting and restoring to factory default, but the result was the same.
Please advise.
Thank you!
Hi @bogdan.cam and welcome to the Community
Is it the same result if connecting to different bluetooth devices?
If you've already checked battery charge and have reset them
then its best to contact Support about this.

Hello @jumpsuit.
Thank you for your quick reply. I just noticed that when I connect it to my Kindle, the volume is normal and I can use the volume controls on the headphones normaly. Still no Voice Guidance in the headphones, I'm afraid.
Any suggestion is welcomed.
Yeah thats odd
If the Power on voice still isn't working then there is definately some sort of glitch
happening in the headphones.
Support are probably the best people to call on this one.
In the meantime I connected them to an iPhone and their behaviour was exactly the same as on my Android device.
When I connected them back to the Kindle, the volume controls on the headphone wouldn't work anymore. It would be funny, if it weren't annoying heh.
Thanks for your help @jumpsuit.
Cheers.
Hiya
You're welcome
Crikey! They seem to have a mind of their own.
Sorry there's no quicker solution for you.
Keep us posted after you contact Suipport.
I’ve had exactly this problem with low volume and no voice guidance with my headset which are only five months old. Have tried re setting etc. Not at all happy.
I have the exact same problem stated in the thread. Kindly suggest what should I do.
