WF-1000X won't turn on or charge

Just purchased a pair of these headphones. The left ear piece won't charge and won't turn on. It also flashes red when on the charging station. Is there any fix?

Hi @bender.kw, welcome to the Community.

It does sound as if there is a fault with the left earpiece. I'd suggest returning them to the store and getting a replacement.

if it blinks it means usually that you haven't used it for a long time and won't charge.

take out both earpiece and click on the units buttons and keep for a few seconds.

THen it should reset and work again properly.
