I recently brought these earphones around a month ago and I was using them perfectly fine. Then I went away for a week and every time I would watch a youtube video or listen to music on spotify both earphones would just randomly turn off. I checked and they both have power, the case also has power too. So every time I have to reconnect my phone to the case which is really annoying as it happens so frequently. I have turned the automatic power-off option off too and it still happens. I even connected them to my laptop and the issue still persists. I'm wondering whether I have a dodgy pair or something.
Any help or advice is appreciated.
