I have purchased the Mark III WH-1000XM3 and I cannot use it for phone calls.
Every single person I've talked to has complained they can barely hear me and I'm forced to turn the headphones off.
I didn't pay top dollar for very substandard phone calling.
I have reset to factory settings on the headphones and the problem persists.
I am connecting them to an iPhone XS Max and other MUCH CHEAPER bluetooth headsets don't exhibit this problem.
SONY PLEASE HELP ME!
There's so much about this on the internet, but no answer from Sony at all. Shameful service.
