My headphones are connected to my iphone 6s and I can listen to music fine. When I want to make a call or if a call comes through, the headphones stop music playback but don't allow me to answer the call on the headphones. If press the Speaker button on the phone to bring up the options for how to answer the call, the headphones do not come up as an option.

Hello @BarnabyG,
have you re-paired them (completely deleted them off of your devices list on the phone)?
Maybe the iPhone had some issues when first pairing them.
Also do you use the headphones connect app (by Sony)?

Hi there,
Is your iphone upgraded to the latest patch?
Best wishes,

Hello @BarnabyG,
in the accessibility settings there is a "Call Audio Routing" option - make sure to select "Bluetooth Headset".

Hi Nic, it was originally set to automatic, but I have switched it to Bluetooth headset and it still doesn’t come up as an option during a call.

Thanks Nic, told my phone to forget device and then re-paired them and it’s now been working fine for a week.
I guess, effectively, turning them off and then on again has worked!
Cheers for the help
