WH-1000XM3 noise when moving head.

I’m now on my second pair of these and both make an audible noise like wind blowing through them in the right ear when I move my head or chew. (When use the noise cancelling) The second pair aren’t quite as bad as the first they seem to require more movement for this to occur. Is this normal behaviour?
