Hallo. 

Ich habe mein Handy nach 3-4 Monaten repariert.

Jetzt habe ich das Problem das ich mein Muster vergessen habe und mich nicht mehr in meinen Account einloggen kann. 

Ich habe die verschiedensten Methoden versucht aber jedes mahl ein fehlversuch.

Ich bin sehr verzweifelt und weiß nicht ob ich mir ein neues kaufen soll. 

Freue mich über eine Antwort oder Hilfe.

I repaired my phone after 3-4 months.

Now I have the problem that I forgot my pattern and can not log into my account anymore.

I have tried a variety of methods but every meal failed.

I am very desperate and do not know if I should buy a new one.

There is no way to change a lock pattern that is already set. There is however two ways to get access to your phone again. Please note though that both ways will erase all personal data from the phone such as photos, contacts, messages etc. 

The first option is to perform a software repair in the phone using a computer and our program Xperia Companion, for more information on how to perform a software repair click here. The second option is to use a service called Find My Device. Just log on using your Google-account, find and click on your phone and click the option called Erase.
